Once finished, Avery carefully packages and ships your artwork directly to you.
  • For Live Paintings: You’ll receive your completed piece, fully dried, sealed, and ready to display.
  • For Guest Mini Portraits: Avery sends the full collection to you so you can include them in your thank-you cards — a personal, memorable keepsake for each guest.

Hiring Avery as your live wedding painter or guest mini portrait artist is such a fun and meaningful way to bring your day to life through art. Here’s what the process looks like from start to finish:

We’ll start with a consultation call where you’ll meet Avery, talk through your vision, and discuss your wedding day details. This is where we’ll go over which painting option you’re interested in — a live wedding painting or mini guest portraits — and talk about style, size, color palettes, and any must-have elements you’d like included.

Delivery

Once you’re ready, we’ll send over your booking form and contract to secure your date! Avery’s services are booked through Teagan Grace Photography to make your planning simple and seamless. After booking, we’ll stay in touch as your wedding approaches to confirm details and coordinate timelines with your planner and vendors.

Planning & Color Preparation

A few weeks before your wedding, Avery will begin prepping her materials and reviewing your color palette, venue lighting, and décor inspiration. For guest mini portraits, we’ll confirm the paper type (deckled edge or smooth), layout style, and display setup for the day. For live paintings, Avery will sketch her base composition and prepare paints matched to your color scheme.

About two weeks before your wedding, we’ll check in to confirm your final guest count and any timeline adjustments. This ensures Avery can bring the right amount of materials and plan for setup and drying time during your event.

Final Details & Guest Count

On the day of your wedding, Avery will arrive early to set up her painting station and begin creating! Guests love watching the painting come to life throughout the day. For guest minis, she and her assistant will photograph guests or take quick reference shots to paint from during and after the event.

After your wedding, Avery adds final details, layers, and varnish to ensure your painting (or guest minis) are polished, professional, and perfectly preserved.

Ceremony Painting Custom Size - $ by quote

Delight your guests with personalized, hand-painted mini portraits created live at your wedding! Our live painter captures simple, elegant 4x6" custom paintings of your guests on deckle-edged or smooth card stock paper — a unique keepsake and heartfelt “thank you” from your special day.

How it works:
We’ll set up a small painting station near the entrance or exit of your venue. As guests arrive, we’ll take quick reference photos (via Polaroid or iPhone) to paint from throughout the celebration. Before the night ends, your guests can stop by to view and take home their finished paintings!

Prefer post-wedding delivery?
You can also choose to have the Guest Minis delivered to you within 2–3 weeks after the wedding. This option is perfect if you’d like to include them with your thank-you cards instead. Just let us know your preference in advance so we can plan accordingly!

Guest count & payment details:
Please keep us updated on your RSVP list and estimated guest count as your wedding approaches. Paintings are billed based on your estimated total. If your final guest count is higher on the wedding day, a Venmo payment for the difference will be due within 24 hours. You may choose to estimate slightly lower if you expect some guests will not attend. Select the number for total of guests that you estimate actually being there at your wedding!

Pre-Wedding Planning with Avery
To make sure your Guest Minis run smoothly and match the vision you have for your day, Avery will schedule a short series of planning chats with you before the wedding. During these conversations, you’ll go over details like your estimated guest count, painting setup location, timing, and your preferred delivery option (same-day take-home or post-wedding delivery).

You’ll also receive a brief questionnaire to help us prepare everything in advance — from setup logistics to any specific style or color preferences you’d like reflected in the paintings.

Ceremony Paintings by Avery

• All Painting packages are managed by Teagan Grace Photography, and include complimentary consultation calls with Teagan, Avery, and the Client prior to the wedding.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure any painting add-on's. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.
• Management fee for TGP is included in the pricing
• Available to all wedding photography clients. Perfect for capturing your ceremony location, vows, or first kiss in a timeless piece of art.

Notes:
• Paintings are done on wrapped canvas, but Avery can also offer framed options upon request for a reasonable add-on fee (to be paid later if added).
• Once your wedding colors are finalized, let us know so Avery can plan her palette to match.

200+ Guest Minis – Completed after the wedding - $2000

10-45 Guest Minis – $500

Completed at the wedding.

46-75 Guest Minis - $750

  • Due to the larger quantity- These will be completed after wedding.
  • These will be delivered to you within a few weeks of your wedding to send out with your "Thank You's" to your guests. Please let us know when you plan on sending out your "Thank You's" so we can plan accordingly!

76-99 Guest Minis - $830

Delivered within a week or two after the ceremony.
  • To be completed at the wedding., an additional $100 charge will be applied.

100-150 Guest Minis - $1250

Depending on the timeline of your wedding - These may be completed at or after wedding.
  • If they need to be delivered after the wedding - then these will be delivered to you within a few weeks of your wedding to send out with your "Thank You's" to your guests. Please let us know when you plan on sending out your "Thank You's" so we can plan accordingly!
  • To be completed at the wedding., an additional $100 charge will be applied.

151-199 Guest Minis – Completed after the wedding - $1700

  • Due to the larger quantity- These will be completed after wedding.
  • These will be delivered to you within a few weeks of your wedding to send out with your "Thank You's" to your guests. Please let us know when you plan on sending out your "Thank You's" so we can plan accordingly!
