For couples who want the essentials captured with care and creativity.
Includes 6 hours of photography — ideal for more intimate timelines or smaller celebrations. You’ll have coverage for your ceremony, portraits, and key reception moments, all captured in a way that feels candid, heartfelt, and true to you.

Guest Mini Paintings by Avery
Delivered within a week or two after the ceremony.
Ceremony Painting Custom Size - $ by quote
Capturing your wedding day on my iPhone through high-quality videography, then sharing all clips via iPhone album or AirDrop or be sent an iCloud Shared album — so you can instantly relive the moments while your professional photos are still on the way. These clips are unedited for same-day delivery; if you’d like them professionally edited afterward, that can be invoiced separately based on the total editing time. The content may be upgraded to a DJI OSMO Pocket 3 at any given point- if so, then the videos will be sent to you the next day through an iCloud or Dropbox link!

Wedding Day iPhone Video Content - $300
Extend your photography coverage by the hour for added flexibility on your wedding day, ensuring every moment — from getting ready to your grand exit or after-party — is captured without feeling rushed.
Additional Hour – Photography Coverage - $350
Delight your guests with personalized, hand-painted mini portraits created live at your wedding! Our live painter captures simple, elegant 4x6" custom paintings of your guests on deckle-edged or smooth card stock paper — a unique keepsake and heartfelt “thank you” from your special day.
How it works:
We’ll set up a small painting station near the entrance or exit of your venue. As guests arrive, we’ll take quick reference photos (via Polaroid or iPhone) to paint from throughout the celebration. Before the night ends, your guests can stop by to view and take home their finished paintings!
Prefer post-wedding delivery?
You can also choose to have the Guest Minis delivered to you within 2–3 weeks after the wedding. This option is perfect if you’d like to include them with your thank-you cards instead. Just let us know your preference in advance so we can plan accordingly!
Guest count & payment details:
Please keep us updated on your RSVP list and estimated guest count as your wedding approaches. Paintings are billed based on your estimated total. If your final guest count is higher on the wedding day, a Venmo payment for the difference will be due within 24 hours. You may choose to estimate slightly lower if you expect some guests will not attend. Select the number for total of guests that you estimate actually being there at your wedding!
Pre-Wedding Planning with Avery
To make sure your Guest Minis run smoothly and match the vision you have for your day, Avery will schedule a short series of planning chats with you before the wedding. During these conversations, you’ll go over details like your estimated guest count, painting setup location, timing, and your preferred delivery option (same-day take-home or post-wedding delivery).
You’ll also receive a brief questionnaire to help us prepare everything in advance — from setup logistics to any specific style or color preferences you’d like reflected in the paintings.
Drone Photo & Simple Video - $500
Ceremony Painting 19 x 12" - $1000
Delivered within a week or two after the ceremony.
Ceremony Painting 11 x 14" - $1500
• Drone Photo & Simple Video of the ceremony outside and the location.
• Drone Photographer/Videographer is Teagan's Partner with no additional travel fees.
Ceremony Paintings by Avery
• All Painting packages are managed by Teagan Grace Photography, and include complimentary consultation calls with Teagan, Avery, and the Client prior to the wedding.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure any painting add-on's. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.
• Management fee for TGP is included in the pricing
• Available to all wedding photography clients. Perfect for capturing your ceremony location, vows, or first kiss in a timeless piece of art.
Notes:
• Paintings are done on wrapped canvas, but Avery can also offer framed options upon request for a reasonable add-on fee (to be paid later if added).
• Once your wedding colors are finalized, let us know so Avery can plan her palette to match.
200+ Guest Minis – Completed after the wedding - $2000
10-45 Guest Minis – $500
Completed at the wedding.
46-75 Guest Minis - $750
- Due to the larger quantity- These will be completed after wedding.
- These will be delivered to you within a few weeks of your wedding to send out with your "Thank You's" to your guests. Please let us know when you plan on sending out your "Thank You's" so we can plan accordingly!
76-99 Guest Minis - $830
- To be completed at the wedding., an additional $100 charge will be applied.
100-150 Guest Minis - $1250
- If they need to be delivered after the wedding - then these will be delivered to you within a few weeks of your wedding to send out with your "Thank You's" to your guests. Please let us know when you plan on sending out your "Thank You's" so we can plan accordingly!
- To be completed at the wedding., an additional $100 charge will be applied.
151-199 Guest Minis – Completed after the wedding - $1700
- Due to the larger quantity- These will be completed after wedding.
- These will be delivered to you within a few weeks of your wedding to send out with your "Thank You's" to your guests. Please let us know when you plan on sending out your "Thank You's" so we can plan accordingly!
A LA CARTE
Rehearsal Dinner / Welcome Party - $500
• Event Coverage (up to 2 hours) – Candid moments, key guest interactions, and special toasts.
• Couple & Guest Photos – Natural portraits of the couple, family, and friends.
• Edited Online Gallery – Professionally edited, high-resolution images for easy viewing and download.
If the location is more than an hour and a half drive from Littleton, CO then travel fees will apply, including covering my night stay at/near your venue and covering gas for the drive. Travel fees aren't included in this cost listed.
OTHER SESSIONS
Elopements
This package includes up to four hours of coverage, a complimentary engagement session, a second photographer, and a gallery of online high-resolution images of your elopement day.
